Subscription Management Agreement

Definitions
- Billing Date: the calendar date your subscription first became effective (including its anniversary on next month or year) and the corresponding day on which recurring charges are scheduled.
- Billing Cycle: the recurring subscription interval selected at sign-up (for example, monthly, quarterly or annual).
- Grace Period: the period following a failed recurring charge during which VivaFemini will attempt recovery and the User retains paid access.
- Adjustment: an accounting entry reflecting charges or credits resulting from a plan change, refund, reversal, or manual correction.
- Partner: an employer, HMO, NGO or other third-party that wholly or partially funds a User’s subscription.
- Payment Provider: the authorised third-party payment processor(s) VivaFemini uses to accept and process payments (for example, Paystack).
- Upgrade: Customer initiated shift/modification in subscription to a higher subscription.
- Downgrade: Customer initiated modification from a higher subscription to a lower subscription.
Billing cycles and automatic renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on your Billing Date and to renewal. If your Billing Date does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
