Leadership Team
Felix is a healthcare leader, researcher, and academic with over a decade of experience across clinical practice, higher education, and technology in the UK, UAE, and Nigeria. He is the Founder of VivaFemini, Africa's first clinically backed digital women's health platform, designed to provide personalised, evidence-based care to women across every stage of life. His work focuses on health equity, AI-driven clinical governance, and the application of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to transform healthcare delivery for underserved populations. Currently completing his Doctorate in Health and Social Care Practice, Felix is driven by a singular mission: ensuring every woman, regardless of geography or income, has access to dignified, culturally relevant, and high-quality healthcare.
Dr. Ebun is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and leads our clinical governance framework, ensuring every healthcare professional on our platform meets the highest standards of care. Dr. Ebun is passionate about reproductive health, fertility, and empowering women through accessible healthcare. She oversees credential verification, clinical protocols, and quality assurance across all VivaFemini services.
Vire is an innovative Full Stack Engineer with years of experience across software development and cloud infrastructure. He leads our development team, bringing VivaFemini to life across web and mobile platforms. His expertise spans frontend technologies like React, Next.js, and Vue.js; backend tools including Node, Python, Django, Golang, and C#; and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Lawrence brings a rare fusion of technical mastery and human-centered insight to VivaFemini's engineering team. With years of full-stack development experience across fintech, telecom, and healthcare, and a background in Human Anatomy, he bridges the gap between complex code and the real women who depend on our platform. His current deep-dive into AI and machine learning ensures VivaFemini stays at the cutting edge of FemTech innovation.
Ada is a clinical research and healthcare operations professional with experience across precision medicine, oncology research, and health technology project management. She has led clinical trial operations and biomarker research at organizations including Margan Clinical Research Organization and Metaphor Laboratory, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. Ada is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through rigorous clinical standards and technology-driven solutions.
Akinwale is a seasoned growth and business development leader with over a decade of experience driving market expansion, customer acquisition, and operational excellence across leading tech startups in Nigeria. He has held senior roles at Konga, OPay, and Gokada, where he successfully led geographic expansion, partnership development, and brand strategy initiatives. Afolabi is passionate about scaling impactful businesses and bringing VivaFemini's vision to women across Africa.
Advisory Board
Dr. Olayinka is a Consultant Neonatologist, Non-Executive Director, and Board Advisor with over 13 years of clinical and organisational leadership across the NHS, academia, and global health enterprises. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and brings deep expertise in clinical governance, risk oversight, and healthcare transformation. As Chair of VivaFemini's Advisory Board, she provides strategic guidance on governance, operational design, and impact-driven growth to ensure the platform delivers the highest standards of care.
Ayokunle is a distinguished board governance and legal advisor with extensive experience as Group Company Secretary, Head of Legal, and Chief Compliance Officer at CFAO Nigeria Group, and previously at International Breweries Plc (AB InBev) and Berger Paints Plc. He holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from the University of South Wales, and an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University. As a Legal 500 General Counsel Powerlist honoree (2024, 2025, 2026) and Fellow of multiple professional institutes, Ayokunle brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal counsel to VivaFemini.
Victor is a senior executive and board professional with over 25 years of cross-sector experience spanning FMCG, aviation, banking, maritime, and not-for-profit sectors. He currently serves as Director of Executive Education at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and has previously held roles including Director General/CEO of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria, and Executive Director – Human Resources at British American Tobacco Nigeria and Virgin Nigeria Airways. A certified Corporate Governance Trainer accredited by the IFC, Victor brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, board governance, and leadership development to the VivaFemini Advisory Board.
Prof. Laura is a globally recognised leader in nursing, health policy, and inclusive leadership with over 35 years of experience in strategic leadership and operational management. She received a CBE in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours for services to Nursing and Health Policy, and has been listed in the Powerlist UK as one of the top 100 most influential Black people in the UK. As Professor of Nursing and founder of Laura Serrant Limited, she brings deep expertise in clinical governance, leadership development, and equity to the VivaFemini Advisory Board.
Dr. Cletus is a medical doctor and public health leader currently serving as Commissioner of Science, Technology and Innovation for Plateau State, Nigeria. He previously served as Commissioner for Health, Plateau State, where he led health policy and service delivery initiatives. A Consultant Family Physician with a Master's in Health Management, Dr. Cletus brings deep expertise in health policy, technology-driven innovation, and strategic public sector leadership to the VivaFemini Advisory Board.
Sabrine is a value-driven General Counsel and compliance expert with over 17 years of blended private practice and in-house experience across Fortune 500 tech and automotive companies. She is the Founder and President of Women In Mentoring, a global community with 10 chapters worldwide dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and practice for the next generation of leaders in Law, GRC, and beyond. A Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and accredited executive coach, Sabrine brings deep expertise in legal governance, risk management, and ethical leadership to the VivaFemini Advisory Board.
